Shipping & Delivery

All items purchased through our website will be ready to ship in about 15 days.
Orders are shipped fully insured and securely using a carbon neutral method with UPS, DHL or GLS with a required signature upon delivery.
Please note that we currently are not offering delivery to Russia.
Once the item has been dispatched standard delivery times are as follows:

Europe: 1-2 business days (2pm GMT) DHL Express

Please note that all orders placed on www.Fenella.co.uk are shipped from the United Kingdom.

20% Vat is charged on all orders shipped within the UK.
For customers outside of the UK, all orders are shipped with Import Duties & Taxes unpaid. Therefore, customers will be contacted by our nominated courier in advance of delivery for collection of these fees which are payable directly to the courier. You will be required to pay any vat, taxes and charges applicable by the country of import. Please contact your local customs office for information about these charges. Fenella Jewellery Ltd will not be responsible for these charges. Duties and taxes are non-refundable.

Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at fenella.co.uk Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

  1. We know that your order arriving on time is essential to you! The total shipping time will be the Processingtime + Delivery time.
  2. Goods shall be delivered to the address provided to us by you in writing when placing your order.
  3. You acknowledge that we use a third-party mailing service or courier to deliver your purchase.
  4. Once you have placed an order, this cannot be cancelled at any stage. The contract is completed on receipt of the order.
  5. The estimated date for delivery of the products is set out in the Confirmation email, which will be sent within 24-48 hours after you have received a confirmation of the order email. This date is an estimate only, and we do not guarantee to deliver the products on that date.
  6. Every order receives a tracking number before it leaves our facility. From the time it leaves our door to the time it gets to yours, you'll always know where your package is.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • As every order is unique, shipping costs vary depending on the chosen delivery method, weight, and destination of your order. The best way to get the information about the delivery price is to add the product(s) you want to purchase to the bag and proceed to checkout. Here, by choosing the delivery option and indicating your address, the delivery price will be automatically updated and visible.
  • If your delivery does not arrive within 20 days of shipment, you must notify us immediately.
  • Delivery outside the UK might be subject to tax and customs duties. You are obliged to pay the customs duties and any further costs incurred. We are not responsible for knowing the policies for customs outside of the UK. If you have any questions regarding this matter, please contact your local customs office.
  • If the parcel is shipped back to us because you have not taken any action, we will charge an additional fee to re-send the goods.
  • Additionally, if the parcel is not collected and you are charged an additional fee, you are responsible for covering such costs. This includes extra costs, duties, taxes, levies, freight charges etc.
  • We do not take responsibility for any failure to deliver your order if such failure is a result of your failure to provide us with the correct delivery instructions or a force majeure event. Please note that the risk of the goods and the associated costs will pass over to you or the person identified as you when you accept the delivery and the goods are in your possession. If the package appears to be damaged or opened, you must refuse to accept the delivery.

Shipment confirmation

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped. Please allow 1-3 business days to receive a code.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Fenella fine jewellery Ltd is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the customer's responsibility (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
