We offer complimentary return and exchanges on all items purchased via our website www.fenella.co.uk until 14 days after receipt.

To request a pre-paid return label from UPS or DHL label, please contact us at Customerservice@fenella.co.uk. We will credit back the card used upon receipt. All items must be return in original packaging, unworn and in their original condition.

Please note we do not accept returns on orders purchased through our bespoke service.

We will not offer a refund if the item is damaged, modified by another jeweller, worn, or returned without packaging and its original paperwork.
